1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales of logistics services 2. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide solutions that meet their expectations 3. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with airlines/ carriers, within company guidelines 4. Prepare proposals and presentations for potential customers 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities 6. Responsible for offering quotes to current Routing Order and prospective clients for air/sea 12. Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction 13. Guide & monitor junior staffs in their daily task as and when required. 14. Responsible for any other work-related tasks as assigned by the superior (HOD) on ADHOC basis and attend trainings provided (If required) to ensure that our service level is always up to the customer's expectations.
