TEAM COLLABORATION : o Work Closely with other departments, such as Marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. o Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. QUALIFICATIONS: o Education: Diploma or equivalent, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. o Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or Logistic environment. o Skills : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. o Excellent problem-solving and conflict- resolution abilities. o Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. o Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. o A positive, empathetic, and patient attitude when dealing with customers. o Excellent communication skills.
