STORE EXECUTIVE

Manage Store department team on daily operation to ensure the smooth running on total operation (incoming storage and outgoing activities). To create WO in PcMRP. Receiving & key in data in PcMRP (if assistant store are not available). Control stock/inventory levels accuracy (actual and in the system) through physical count, update receiving, issuing, rejection control and material transfer in the system. To ensure optimum stock level by performing physical count, stock level analyses, monitoring and tracking of purchases and to ensure clearance of slow moving and obsolete stock To ensure accurate of BOM and on time up date. To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 requirement and standard in inventory management, maintenance of raw material floor, documentation,ETC. Monitor KPIs and review operational processes To liaison with other related departments for efficient manufacturing activities Any other Ad-hoc assigments as and when deemed necessary. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Store Department/Warehouse management Must have strong inventory management skills Leadership skills and ability manage staff Proficient in PcMRP and MS. Office(Word and Excel) Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
