Japanese Company in Malaysia System & Operation Staff (Back Office) Place: Menara AIA Sentral, KL (Raja Chulan Monorail/10 mins walk from MRT Bukit Bintang Station) Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 Job Type: Permanent; Full-time WORKING HOURS: Mon - Fri 9AM-6PM JOB FUNCTION: ・Upload report to Bank Office System ・Date reconciliation ・Claim handling ・Audit CIT Report ・Monitoring the settlement process, reconciling (e.g. error correction or claim follow-up) and reporting ・Monitoring and reconciling settlement reports with daily transaction reports QUALIFICATIONS: ・ Possess Bachelor Degree ・ Prefer 1~2 years working experiences related to IT system or back office operation in financial industry. ・Fresh graduate who interested in finance is consider too. ・ Required language: English and BM ・ Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) ・Basic knowledge on IT system in general ・Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ・Task orientated, self-motivated and able to work independently. ・Possess own transport BENEFITS: ・ Benefits will be disclosed during interview REMARKS: ・ This is a new started up Japanese company in Malaysia. ・ This is a permanent position
