Leader Production

Qualification: Minimum Secondary School/SPM/Certificate in any field or working experience 2 years Experience: Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required. Skills: Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum training required: • 5S and Safety • Knowledge in IATF 16949:2016 Requirement Responsibilities: • To run the production according to the production planning as prepared by the superior. • Assist supervisor to conduct on job training for operator, ensure operators follow the work instruction and understand the defect criteria as and when required. • To minimize product rework or rejection and maintain zero rejection a where possible. • Ensure all the documentation in production is done according to the procedures and instructions. • Ensure having a proper housekeeping and cleanliness inside the production. • To check the daily finish goods quantity after each production closing and make sure all the materials or WIP in the production are stored and labelled. • Involving in monthly stock count activity to ensure materials stock level accuracy. • Report process malfunction/breakdown to superior and help to resolve the problems. • To inform superior if any replenish of materials for production are necessary to ensure plant is running smoothly without any down time. • Any other task which are assigned by superior. Authority: • Highlight to superiors if machinery or equipment is in danger due to symptoms of maintenance failure, quality effects and abnormal processes. Authorizes to stop operations in the event of non-compliance by any party, especially operations involving machinery and equipment.
