Production Supervisor (fabric cutting)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor (Fabric Cutting) to join our dynamic team at Teo & Lee Garment Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the fabric cutting operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products. What you'll be doing - Supervising and coordinating the fabric cutting team to meet production targets and schedules. - Monitoring and optimizing fabric cutting processes to improve productivity and quality. - Providing training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless production and delivery. - Maintaining accurate records and reporting on production metrics and performance indicators. - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.
