Store Supervisor

This position is available at our subsidiary company at Tongkang Pechah. Job purpose In this position, you will monitor overall stock inventory is received, organized, and placed in appropriate locations as well as constantly monitor inventory to be visually appealing and stocked daily. You will ensure overall of the process store running smoothly. Organize the month end stock check activity and ensure the stock check accuracy. Arrange the loading and unloading daily job task. Duties and responsibilities 1. Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines 2. Responsible for checking all incoming and outgoing delivery order 3. Arrange for preparation of material issues to related department upon requirement. 4. Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number and accurate number of items are in stock 5. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts 6. Review documentation and monitor product updates to search for discrepancies and troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records 7. Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions 8. Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management 9. Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide customer service as needed 10. Overall, in charge and manage the end month stock check activity. 11. Overall monitor and checking the condition of forklift. Training Needed On the job training if required Tools Required to Perform the Job Effectively Ability to perform job task individually Academic Qualification • At least SPM or equivalent. Skill and Experience Required • At least 2 or more years of related field experience
