Jobscope : * Assist to prepare quotations, invoice, delivery orders thru Xero system to be delivered to clients via personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp group or email yahoo or Gmail or website email . * To handle platforms & payment systems . * Factoring in the discount / commission . * Update Query from accountant for payment issues (which customer / payment not tally). * Update Bulk Payment (from platform to system. * To follow-up on sales aging with admins in charge of chasing the payment. * Handling/responding/resolving any complaints (internal & external). * Attention on detail, fast typing skill and computer knowledge * Update info in operation WhatsApp groups * Self motivated, reliable, responsible * Mandarin( a bonus) * Once you have understood the flow to see if there is a better or simpler, more efficient, faster, effective way for the betterment of the sales or processes team. * Sales kit / pictures to be updated periodically for easy and faster communication of info to clients. * Checker for deposit payments for before the event executed.
