E-Commerce Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Affiliate/KOL Marketing Support: Assist in recruiting affiliates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Act as the main point of contact for affiliates/KOLs, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Track and report affiliate/KOL performance, following up as needed. Assist in managing and moderating our small online community groups (e.g., WhatsApp & Telegram) Social Media Support: Assist in creating & planning social media content Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Work Arrangement: Remote Work: Majority of tasks can be performed from home. Occasional Physical Meetings & Activities: Attendance at in-person meetings or events may be required. Qualifications: Education: Fresh graduates or those with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fields Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace). Basic design skills (Canva proficiency required). Strong communication and organizational abilities. Basic e-Commerce and social media skills would be appreciated Experience: Prior exposure to marketing or community management is a bonus but not required. Personal Qualities: Able to work independently Flexibility in learning new skills & supporting in other roles
