Job Responsibilities: • Monitoring and managing project schedule and activities • Review current ERP system settings to enhance production operation towards streamlining production operation • To work closely with various business units, as a process creator of business logic flow for ERP systems in support of operational business requirements • Understand the business requirements, and then design and implement new IT/ERP functional capabilities to meet the said operational needs • Evaluate business requirements, assist with cost justification for new requests and provide recommendation to management • Lead owner of change management, process improvement and optimisation for the various business units within the organisation • Monitor, follow-up and record all documentation of ERP system for project meetings, project progression and project requirement changes • Conduct routine periodic activities in ERP system to provide supporting information for organization and management • Work with business units to prioritise requests, determine technology needs and incorporate technical solutions into daily operations • Support business units in business process improvement, implementing best practices and fully utilising ERP system capabilities • Assist business units to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary • Provide and guide system user testing and system familiarisation of ERP system • Provide technical support to system end-users • Record and print solutions to end users as necessary • Committed to support critical technical issue and project troubleshooting after office hour • Identify and record systems issues • Act as a liaison between systems software development staff, management and system end-users to determine requirements • Create test plans based on Functional Specifications and perform IT testing of delivered solutions and assist end users with user acceptance testing. • Record and maintain software documentation, including any interfaces with our ERP • Analyse and resolve security and access problems related to delivered and customised ERP applications • Record and maintain documents related to security design, implementation and practices • Support administration of ERP security and permissions for ERP users Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Experience and knowledge in implementing and maintaining ERP system in manufacturing environment an added advantage • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment • Good and positive work attitude, willing to share/learn and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline • Process strong oral, written and interpersonal skills • Time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills, and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position • Proactive, positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities Career Level: Junior Executive Years of Experience: Minimum 1year Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent or higher
