Allowance: RM 500.00/ per month Job Types: Internship program Total Vacant: 1 Start date: April/May 2025 Job Description: HR Support: Perform day to day operation of HR & Admin matters by using online system. Assist in coordination work of recruitment and staff onboarding. Assist in accurate HR database and up-to-date employee record. Assist in training arrangement. To monitor all office equipment and office assets. Assist in maintaining and update basic employee records and HR documents. Prepare HR-related materials, such as training documents or onboarding kits. Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Superior Administrative Duties: To provide general administrative support. Assist with transportation or accommodation bookings for staff, if required. Monitor the performance of the cleaner and ensure the office is well-maintained. Help compile claims and receipts for managers. Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR or Admin department as needed. Job Requirements: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in learning administrative and HR processes. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Positive attitude, growing mindset and quick learner.
