Key Responsibilities Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across technical departments Create and optimize job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and professional networks Coordinate and conduct initial screening interviews from application on posting Maintain candidate tracking system and recruitment metrics Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events Office Administration Manage office operations and maintain office supplies inventory Coordinate with vendors and service providers Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements if any Support Manager with internal and external correspondence based on approval formats Maintain filing systems and documentation Assist with facilities management and workplace optimization Support company events and team building activities as needed 3. HR Support Perform onboarding processes for all new joiners Perform offboarding processes for all resigned employees Conduct and support Employee Relations activities as needed on a yearly basis Maintain records of employee data as needed to safekeeping and reporting purpose Assist with HR documentation and compliance requirements Help maintain employee records and HR databases Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any related field 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the technology sector Strong understanding of technical roles and technology industry landscape Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Previous experience in office administration or operations Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving and analytical thinking Attention to detail and accuracy Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple tasks
