  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities: *Customer Relationship: Be the friendly face our customers rely on, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every customer feels valued. *Customer Care: Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles with a keen eye, and recommend necessary repairs in a clear and understandable way. *Communication: Keep customers informed with regular updates on their vehicle's status throughout the service process, managing expectations with professionalism. *Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, going the extra mile to build lasting relationships based on trust and loyalty. *Problem Solving: Use your automotive expertise to identify vehicle issues during inspections and recommend appropriate solutions to keep our customers safely on the road. *Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets our high standards, reviewing completed work with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications: *Passion for Cars: A genuine love for automobiles and the desire to provide outstanding service. *Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. *Automotive Knowledge: Applicants without Automotive background but are passionate about cars are encouraged to apply. *Minimum 1 year of Automotive Industry experience as a Service Advisor, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Automotive Engineering would be an added advantage. *Customer Service Savvy: Demonstrated ability to provide professional and excellent customer service, with a focus on building relationships. *Flexible and Reliable: Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, and available 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
