As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring their vehicles receive top-notch care and our customers leave satisfied. Responsibilities: *Customer Relationship: Be the friendly face our customers rely on, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every customer feels valued. *Customer Care: Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles with a keen eye, and recommend necessary repairs in a clear and understandable way. *Communication: Keep customers informed with regular updates on their vehicle's status throughout the service process, managing expectations with professionalism. *Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, going the extra mile to build lasting relationships based on trust and loyalty. *Problem Solving: Use your automotive expertise to identify vehicle issues during inspections and recommend appropriate solutions to keep our customers safely on the road. *Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets our high standards, reviewing completed work with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications: *Passion for Cars: A genuine love for automobiles and the desire to provide outstanding service. *Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. *Automotive Knowledge: Applicants without Automotive background but are passionate about cars are encouraged to apply. *Minimum 1 year of Automotive Industry experience as a Service Advisor, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Automotive Engineering would be an added advantage. *Customer Service Savvy: Demonstrated ability to provide professional and excellent customer service, with a focus on building relationships. *Flexible and Reliable: Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, and available 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
