1. Assist Marketing Manager and supporting the Marketing Team on marketing activities and daily operation matters ; 2. Prepare the Letter of Offer / Proposal to the Potential Tenants which is interested to set up business at the Complex and execute on time; 3. Source / Survey for new retail venture in the market and update the Management from time to time of such new venture and evaluate suitability of such Potential Tenants for The Complex . 4. Negotiate / follow up with the renewal of Tenancy Agreement 3 months before the expiring date and propose the terms & conditions of renewal for Marketing Manager / General Manager further consideration and approval from time to time. 5. Ensure the smooth running of the Complex’s facilities and day-to-day operation matters ; 6. Guide and assist Marketing Assistant for proper filing of all documentations related to Marketing in the respectively Tenant’s file ; 7. Guide and assist Marketing Assistant on Distress or any Legal proceeding pertaining to the existing or absconded Tenants of The Complex ; 8. Assist or together with Marketing Assistant in collecting or negotiation on the settlement of overdue rental / outstanding payments from the Tenants ; 9. Ensure that all the relevant deposits & advance payments is being collected and Tenancy Agreement is duly signed / executed for all new Tenants of The Complex ; 10. Liaise and follow up with Legal Department on issues pertaining to Tenant’s tenancy i.e preparing Tenants Tenancy Agreement and calculate the stamping fee based on format and formula given and executed by both parties. 11. Assist existing and new Tenants in application of business permit / licences, TNB electricity meter, MBJB licences and etc. ; 12. Brief and educate new Tenants regarding Custom procedures & goods declarations related matters and the rules & regulations of The Complex and etc ; 13. Brief and guide the Tenants on the service provided by our company Forwarding Department and inform the Tenants to liaise closely with them for all Custom Incoming & Outgoing of Stocks Declaration matters ; 14. To build up a good rapports & relationships as a Landlord with all the Complex Tenants and get feedback from them for better service;
