Job Summary: The E-Commerce will manage and drive Farmasi’s & Midori's online sales channels, including the TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplaces. The role involves optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, tracking performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the image of Company. Working remotely (Machang & Kuala Krai) Key Responsibilities: 1. E-Commerce Platform Management · Oversee and manage Farmasi’s & Midori's e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and updated product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing. · Coordinate product launches on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee. 2. Sales and Marketing Execution · Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special offers to increase traffic and conversions. · Work with the marketing team to design and implement online advertisements (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Ads). · Suggest new e-commerce features and strategies to enhance customer engagement. 3. Data and Analytics · Track and analyse e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad ROI. · Prepare weekly/monthly reports on platform performance and campaign outcomes. · Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 4. Customer Experience · Respond to online customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience. · Manage the order fulfilment process, working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery. · Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with company policy. 5. Collaboration and Coordination · Collaborate with the marketing teams to produce ideas increase sales. · Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels on e-commerce platforms. · Work closely with the marketing team to integrate e-commerce strategies with social media campaigns and live sessions. --- Key Requirements: · Able to Working remotely (Machang & Kuala Krai) Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. · At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. · Have Driving licence (D/DA) Skills and Competencies · Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop). · Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. · Familiarity with analytics tools like Facebook Ads Manager. · Strong communication skills with an ability to maintain the brand’s luxury image. · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Preferred Skills · Experience with luxury brands or fashion e-commerce. · Basic photo editing and design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Growth in online sales revenue across all platforms. · Improvement in conversion rates and customer engagement metrics. · Timely execution of campaigns and product launches. · Positive customer feedback and reduced complaint rates.
