Job Description: • Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request; answering questions; offering assistance. • Collects revenue by receiving and recording payments. • Resolves billing problems by identifying the problem; explaining procedures; forwarding required adjustments. • Improves quality results by evaluating processes, recommending changes. • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Job Requirement: • Desire to learn and pay attention to details. • Diploma/Advance Diploma/ Higher Graduate Diploma/ DVM/ DKM Level 4/ DLKM Level 5. • At least 1 year’s work experience as a Customer Service Operator or Office Clerk. • Experience working with MS Office, Excel/data programs attention to details confidentiality. • Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Resolving Conflict, Listening, Multi-tasking, Customer Service, General Math Skills, Promoting Process Improvement, Problem Solving, Thoroughness, Quality Focus. • Preferable Klang candidates.
