  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a talented QA Executive to join our dynamic team at Chugai (M) Sdn Bhd, based in the vibrant city of Shah Alam, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. What you'll be doing : - Ensuring that QMS & EMS is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirement of ISO/IATF 16949:2016 & ISO 14001:2015 standard. - Reporting to the Top Management on the performance of the QMS & EMS for review, including recommendations for improvement. - Liaise with customers on all matters relating to customer satisfaction & complaints. - Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and control product quality - Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues - Analysing quality data and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborating with production, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve quality-related problems and ensure seamless operations - Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements - Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices - Continuously exploring new quality assurance techniques and technologies to enhance our processes - Other functions as instructed by the Superior / Managing Director What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing industry - Strong understanding of quality control principles, tools, and techniques - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills - Proficient in data analysis and report generation - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Familiarity with relevant quality management systems and regulatory requirements - Proficient in speaking in Japanese will be an added advantage
