  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description: 1.⁠ ⁠Assist the Head of Production in managing daily operations and overseeing the production team to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. 2.⁠ ⁠Coordinate production schedules and workflows to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. 3.⁠ ⁠Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 4.⁠ ⁠Support the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes. 5.⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment. 6.⁠ ⁠Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions promptly. 7.⁠ ⁠Assist in training and development of production staff, fostering a high-performance culture. 8.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations. 9.⁠ ⁠Generate regular reports on production performance and present findings to the Head of Production. 10.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Lean Sigma initiatives with overall production goals. Job requirements: • Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical, Mechanical or a related field. A Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in production management or manufacturing operations, with a preference for experience in the chemical or gas industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. • ⁠Extensive knowledge of production processes, quality management, and safety regulations. • ⁠Proven experience in implementing process improvements and achieving operational efficiencies. • ⁠Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • ⁠Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. • ⁠Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office tools. • ⁠Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
