The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. They work to ensure the organization is staffed with qualified individuals and that employee needs are met. Recruitment and Onboarding: -Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making job offers. -Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and training. Performance Management: -Managing Dream Team’s quarterly performance. -Implement performance improvement plans when needed. HR Policies and Compliance: -Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. -Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Data Management: -Maintain accurate HR records and data, including personnel files and attendance records. Monthly Salary -Calculate and finalize monthly salary & statutory for management & teachers Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - At least 1-3 years of experience in HR functions. -Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite. -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
