Main Responsibilities Human Resources Support 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in posting job advertisements and Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions for new hires. Apply grant from HRDCorp for training class, either is in-house or external class, co-ordinates with training provider 2. Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave records into UBS system Ensure proper filing of HR documents, ISO documents etc. 3.Payroll & Administrative Support Support payroll preparation by collecting and inputting attendance and overtime data, print Time Card To control office stationery, ensure office supplies are stocked and replenish when needed. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain and update administrative records, such as licenses and vendor agreements. Schedule meetings and prepare meeting rooms. Arrange refreshment for customer visiting when required from time to time Answering phone call when necessary 4 Employee Engagement Help organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events and festival celebrations. Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks when is needed Required Skills Diploma or fresh graduate in HR or Business Admin. or with at least one year working experience in HR, Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities. Good personality with good communication skill Basic understanding of HR principles and local labour laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software. Salary range: RM2000 to RM2400/month
