Trust and Safety Analyst - Arabic

You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the user may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Role Details: • Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines • Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team • Serve as an advocate for the user community • Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work • Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role • Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics to keep our communities safe • Experience or good knowledge of Google Maps functions and features also familiar with the geography of Algeria • Increase the team's productivity and efficiency • Creating an active process that prevents defects or errors • Good in implementing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Ability to create action and prevention plans Qualifications Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed: • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. • At least 1 – 2 years of experience in content moderation • Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills • Excellent comprehension and communication in English and Arab language skills including Algeria dialects. • Pass language tests in both Arabic Algerian dialect and English (at least C1) • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies • Strong attention to detail • Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills • Deep familiarity and passion for Algeria's Internet, internet platforms, and Internet culture. • Must at least live in Algeria for at least more than 5 years. Also, need to have a high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations in the Algeria region you will be supported • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team • Ability to work differing rotations/shifts and non-standard work hours • Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Proficient in managing Google Sheets ie. Pivot, Macros and Vlookup • Data analysis and reporting skills
