Key Responsibilities:
- Building Operations & Maintenance:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including cleaning, security, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning optimally.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Strata Management:
- Provide leadership in compliance with Strata 757 regulations.
- Collaborate with the strata committee and provide expert advice on governance, by-laws, and other requirements.
- Manage strata records, documentation, and financial reporting.
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and monitor budgets for maintenance and building operations.
- Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and invoices, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure the collection of levies and fees and provide financial updates to the strata committee.
- Resident & Tenant Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents and tenants regarding building-related concerns.
- Address complaints, queries, and disputes professionally and promptly.
- Organize and participate in strata meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular safety drills and maintain an up-to-date emergency response plan.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation affecting strata and building management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
