Job Responsibilities: • To support day to day operations of the HR Department. • Attend to all HR official correspondences (letter of appointment, confirmation letter, show cause letter, warning letter, termination letter and others) • Organize administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth operations. • Assist in the development and implementation of HR related policies and procedures. • Attending to employee leave management which include overall employee’s attendance, monitoring and manage leave record. • Responsible for monthly payroll processing and other related matters. • Maintain employee records, office management and administrative. • Handle full recruitment process, including formulating job descriptions, initial screening of candidates and coordinating the end-to-end interview process. • Monitoring on HRDC grant matters such as HRDC grant application, claim status and others. • Prepare and present monthly reports on HR Requirements: • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent • Well versed in the Employment Act 1955 • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee issues and concerns • Ability to independently handle multiple project and deadline and be flexible to help cover other HR issue as they arise • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia • Required Skill(s) – Computer literacy • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, • Able to start in short notice period is an added advantage. • Applicants must be willing to be based in Batu Kawan, Penang
