Develop work plans for human right and social responsibility (HRSR) for Reef fishes FIP Marudu Bay Tun Mustapha Park, Yellowfin tuna FIP Mabul Island Semporna and Longtail tuna FIP Tok Bali Kelantan which is under Output 3 of EU CSO project. Facilitate the implementation of HRSR work plans together with the assistance from Fisheries Improvement Officer at Reef fishes FIP Marudu Bay Tun Mustapha Park, Yellowfin tuna FIP Mabul Island Semporna and Longtail tuna FIP Tok Bali Kelantan under Output 1 and 3 of EU CSO project Conduct HRSRís self-evaluation of risk, risk assessment, fisher awareness of right, grievance mechanism and voluntary reporting (if needed) to enable fisheryprogress.org account to stay active under Output 3 of EU CSO project Facilitate research activities that include data collection, analysis, report writing, and data socialisation with stakeholders, to contribute for the fisheries human rights and social responsibility improvement under Output 2 of EU CSO project; Organise events such as workshops, coordination meetings, consultations, seminar, and awareness programme to update the project progress, or to strengthen the relationship and maintain continuous engagement with stakeholders under Output 3 of EU CSO project; Assist in arranging the learning exchange trips for WWFMY and CSOs relevant to ASEAN fishery lessons learned and FIP CoP-APAC Assist Fishery Improvement Officer at each sites to ensure annual / 3-year project audit/evaluation and Benchmarking and Monitoring Tool (BMT) are carried out by the accredited Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and HRSR technical consultant and stakeholders respectively under Output 3 of EU CSO project; To work closely with WWF-MY ESSF team and integrate or synergise HRSR and ESSF Participate or assist in the quarterly report on project progress either for the organisation or donors, that also includes budget reviews, activities implementation and adaptive management. Support other SFIís in Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia for any EU-CSO related (launching event, coordination meeting and any event or programme that requires additional capacity) if requested by other fisheries officers.
