JOB DESCRIPTION: - Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the management, supervision, and quality control of mechanical and electrical works. - Review and ensure that all drawings and proposals are accurate, coordinated, and meet project specifications. - Prepare and manage work schedules, progress reports, and progress claims. - Attend project meetings and provide timely updates on all M&E-related matters. - Responsible for overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of mechanical and electrical works throughout the project. - Ensure that M&E systems comply with all relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards. - Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure M&E work is completed on schedule and within scope. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - A relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) project management or a similar role. - Possession of an AO (Authorized Person) certificate. - Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, regulations, and quality standards. - Proven ability to prepare and manage work schedules, progress reports, and claims. - Experience in overseeing and ensuring the quality control of M&E works on projects. - Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and team coordination. - Ability to attend and actively participate in project meetings, providing timely updates on M&E matters.
