JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform the month-end inventory reconciliation between SAP and the Merge system. • Check the warehouse postings for the production wafer calculation, including loose and target consumption for the month. • Perform the month-end system close in the Material Module (MM) for inventory, and lock the MM module period close in SAP. • Calculate the raw material weighted average price and post the journal entry into SAP. • Prepare the data entries in SAP for Wafer 8". • After the Trial Balance review, the product costing allocation is performed in SAP. • Reconcile the inventory in the SAP system. • Calculate the quarterly cost variance, slow-moving items, and Net realizable value for Wafer 8". • Coordinate and handle the quarterly and yearly stock count cycle. • Respond to and assist the questions regarding costing analysis matters from management. • Check the material purchase price variance upload quarterly. • Prepare the monthly costing report, including inventory, BCD material, inventory templates, inventory write-offs, etc. • Compile, prepare, and analyze the monthly forecast data collected and log a detailed record of the results. • Prepare the line items budget, monthly forecast for each product, expenses including the budget, forecast narrative, and financial information. • Communicate with the local team on budgeting and forecasting results or issues to be resolved, in a timely manner. • To be involved in company ad hoc projects.
