Assistant Restaurant Manager (Negeri Sembilan)

General Purpose - Responsible for the daily management of the restaurant to meet and maintain A&W operations standards. 1.To assist Restaurant General Manager to achieve the set targets in store operations KPI’s. 2. To lead and manage shifts in achieving CHAMPS standards and company goals. 3. Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume. 4. To maintain effective communication at all times. 5. To assist in active recruiting plan when necessary. 6. To deliver great customer service and achieve service targets during the shift. 7. To handle all customer complaints and resolved it in a timely manner. 8. To assist Restaurant General Manager on payroll, attendance, administrative and paperwork as and when needed. 9. To provide coaching to Team Members on their day-to-day operations. 10. To conduct On Job Training (OJT) or Classroom training to Team Members on regular basis. OTHERS Uphold all company policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.
