Restaurant General Manager (Negeri Sembilan)

General Purpose - Responsible for the daily management of the restaurant to meet and maintain A&W operations standards. 1- To be responsible to achieve the set targets in store operations KPI’s. 2- To be responsible to have sufficient staffing to meet the store operations and CHAMPS requirements. 3- To be responsible to train and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members to meet operations requirements and career development plan. 4- To be responsible in product management to meet the quality requirements as per A&W standards. 5- To be responsible for maintaining A&W brand image and standards in all brand contact points. 6- To be responsible for managing profitability of the restaurant and meeting all financial targets. 7- To be responsible for developing and executing sales building activities / Local Store Marketing (LSM) to meet the sales target. 8- To be responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction in each customer contact points. 9- To be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in meeting all A&W sanitation standards and local government requirements. 10- To be responsible for meeting the safety and security requirements as per A&W standards and local government requirements. 11- To be responsible in complying with all the payroll, attendance, administration, and paperwork requirements. 12- To be responsible in building a high-performance team and creating a fun working environment. OTHERS Uphold all company policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.
