Key Responsibilities: • Handling full set of accounts, ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules. • Managing a complete set of accounts, which includes General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conducting end-to-end accounting operations. • Overseeing daily finance operations including the payment and collections. • Preparing income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities. • Preparing financial reports and supervising month-end processes for monthly meetings. • Receive, record, and reconcile incoming payments from various sources such as checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers. • Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledger with payments received to ensure accuracy. • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or billing issues in collaboration with relevant departments • To review and verify supplier invoices against purchase order for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment for local and overseas creditors. • To monitor accounts payable to ensure payments are made according to the payment term. • To plan and make payment whereas require to maintain all utilities bill for all branches and others administrative expenses to be maintained and avoid any late payment • To reconcile, follow-up and ensure all internal and external accounts payable are up-to-date and administered • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors from time to time. • Proper documentation and filing for all related document. • To liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers etc • Assist in setting up, update and standardization and maintenance of accounting system i.e SQL Accounting system or any other system. • Ad-hoc, weekly and comprehensive monthly management report. • To perform additional ad-hoc job as assigned by the management. Requirements: • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proficiency in SQL Accounting and MS Excel (advanced functions). • Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
