Human Resources Executive

It includes conducting recruitment interviews, providing input during hiring decisions, and overseeing training and development programs for new and existing employees by liaising with managers to assess needs. The role also entails handling teaching permit applications and renewals for lecturers, creating and updating email and savvy systems for new employees, maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing employee payroll inquiries, and managing ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department or related departments.
