Job Description Preparing letters and legal documents, answering / screening telephone calls, and taking messages (when necessary); Maintaining an efficient filing system, Preparing travel and other claims, preparing bills and monitoring collections; Arranging and compiling all pre-trial documents, appeal records etc., preparing of bundle of documents, Liasing with clients, court clerk or registrar and/or other law firms on court dates, filing / extraction of court documents, etc; Maintaining and monitoring court diary; Any other duties/responsibilities as instructed.
