The Global Talent Strategy & Analytics Lead will drive strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation. This role will be responsible for developing data-driven workforce strategies, optimizing organizational design, and implementing HR transformation initiatives to support business growth and agility.

As a key strategic partner, you will work closely with HR COEs, the leadership, and global teams to provide insights that shape talent strategy, improve workforce planning, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global workforce strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring a proactive approach to talent supply, demand, and skills forecasting.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to assess future talent needs, emerging skill gaps, and workforce risks and partner with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to integrate workforce planning with broader business strategy.
  • Leverage market intelligence and labor market trends to inform decision-making and workforce design.
  • Lead the implementation, integration and configuration of HRIS and core HR processes.
  • Ensure data integrity to include quality, accuracy, security, and consistency of HR data by implementing adequate processes, audits and backup systems.
  • Utilize AI and advanced analytics/predictive models to develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key talent metrics such as turnover, engagement, hiring effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to HR and business leaders on workforce optimization, headcount planning, and organizational design.
  • Lead continuous improvement of HR processes, governance, and automation to increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor HR analytics professionals and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in HR data analytics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, providing data-driven recommendations for workforce and talent strategy.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in workforce strategy, HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation.
  • Expertise in strategic workforce planning, predictive analytics, and HR data visualization tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience implementing and managing HRIS systems will be an advantage.
  • Strong background in organizational design, change management, and talent optimization.
  • Experience leading HR transformation projects and implementing HR technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive engagement at senior levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and familiar with HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with regional workforce planning responsibilities.
