Graphic Designer (Packaging)

 Skills Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop is a must. To assist for the required packaging for the defined new or modified packaging development and ensure the materials used are compliance with the Halal and Safety requirements To follow end-to-end packaging D&D procedures in all phases such as planning, development, review, verification and validation is in place for each project To prepare and indicate clear identification of every project for traceability To assist in defining the time scale of all packaging design project and record the number of amendments on the traceability record, following the SOP To follow up with external designers and printers to ensure all packaging materials, brochures/ postal, packaging designs, prototype development, specification and testing are completed in time and conforming to requirements To re-edit the improvement of existing products packaging based on feedback from sales team and customers To prepare Packaging Specifications for Production line To verify the first incoming packaging items and make sure that the standard samples are correct To assist in performing design such as sticker for packaging and company-wide banners for Sale Promotion, New Hires, Staff Activities and etc To drive cost reduction through rationalization of packaging materials (i.e. product carton) and supplier diversification To work closely with all relevant departments to specify, test and implement the optimum packaging design for new products To manage approval processes related to printed materials To ensure working procedures, documents and records in the department comply with ISO requirements To be responsible to personal hygiene and environment, quality, safety and 5s implementation To perform other duties that assigned from time to time To assume corporate social responsibility (CSR).
