Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. Implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and productivity. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management. Marketing Management Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. Oversee content creation, digital marketing, social media, and public relations efforts. Manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials. Organize events, promotions, and sponsorships to enhance market presence. Team Leadership Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations. Customer Relationship Management Ensure exceptional customer experiences by aligning sales and marketing efforts with customer needs. Address customer feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data and insights effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal abilities and can work independently. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets. Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and business needs. ⁠Sales commission paid separately based on performance.
