**Job Title:** Admin Executive (Maid Agency) **Location:** Sinaran TTDI Taman Tun Dr. ismail **Job Type:** Full-Time ** Basic Salary:** RM2000 **Job Summary:** The Admin Executive is responsible for handling and managing all administrative and documentation tasks related to the recruitment and employment of domestic helpers. This includes processing applications through **EPPAX, FWCMS, FOMEMA**, renewal applications, and other required immigration-related documentation to ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations. We are looking for a strong, committed individual who is eager to learn and grow in the role. Prior experience with these systems is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **EPPAX Application Processing:** - Prepare and submit employer and worker applications via the EPPAX system. - Ensure accurate data entry and document uploads. - Follow up with relevant authorities on approval status. 2. **FWCMS (Foreign Worker Centralized Management System) Processing:** - Manage the submission of work permit applications via FWCMS. - Coordinate with the marketers and admin for necessary documents. - Track application progress and handle any issues. 3. **FOMEMA Registration & Medical Check-Up Coordination:** - Register domestic helpers for mandatory FOMEMA medical check-ups. - Arrange appointments and ensure timely medical screenings. - Follow up on medical results and liaise with relevant authorities. 4. **Work Permit & Passport Renewal:** - Process work permit renewals before expiry dates. - Coordinate passport renewals with respective embassies. - Maintain an updated record of permit and passport expiry dates. 5. **Immigration Documentation & Compliance:** - Coordinate with the marketers on the necessary documents for visa applications, work permits, and renewals. - Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Immigration Department’s latest policies and procedures. - Liaise with embassies, immigration offices, and other government agencies as required. 6. **Employer & Worker Documentation Support:** - Assist and coordinate with contract signing and documentation. - Ensure all agreements and documents are properly filed and recorded. 7. **Database & Record Management:** - Maintain an organized and updated record of all applications, approvals, and renewals. - Ensure confidentiality and security of all documentation. 8. **Customer Service & Liaison:** - Handle inquiries related to work permit applications and immigration matters. - Provide clear guidance regarding application processes. 9. **General Administrative Duties:** - Prepare letters, reports, and other necessary correspondence. - Support the operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks. - Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management. **Requirements:** - **Education:** SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - **Experience:** Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
