Job description: -Manage the day-to-day production on assigned projects -Collaborate and communicate with sales team, managements, clients, consultants, contractors, and designers related to daily business operations. -Coordinate for the preparation of documents of shop drawing, cost calculation, project contract, project proposal, and budget report. -Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals -Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. -Supervise all the operations and workers at the jobsite. -Troubleshooting production issues may require visiting city/clients as necessary. -Travel for projects to oversee progress and for installation will be required both domestically and internationally. -Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, tools, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. -Negotiate contracts with external supplier/subcontractor to reach profitable agreements -Interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate and effective installation. -Explain complex acoustic concepts and solutions to team member, clients and subcontractors. -Provide clear direction and guidance to team members on project requirements, timelines, and their responsibilities Requirements: -Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management -Over 7 years relevant working experience in Project Manager interior fit-out works is preferred -Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translates to construction activities -Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements -Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CAD -Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling. -Strong interpersonal and leadership skills -Highly independent, client oriented and team player -Able to work 6 days per week -Able to outstation for more than 2 months -Fluent in English, Mandarin and Filipino languages -Experience working in Maldives, Thailand and Philippines -Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques -CIDB certification or equivalent project management certification preferred -Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Acoustic products -Proficiency in the installation of Acoustic products
