Full Set of Accounts: Prepare and maintain a complete set of financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow, and other financial reports. Ensure all accounts are accurately recorded and reconciled, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Accounting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and internal policies. Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Conduct variance analysis and highlight any discrepancies or areas of concern. Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow and ensure funds are appropriately allocated to meet operational needs. Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documents and information are readily available. Other Financial Operations: Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions as needed.
