Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues within the end user workplace domain Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems in person, remotely, or over the phone. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, HQ voice and other IT peripherals within end user workplace domain Ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents through the IT service management system. Maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking hardware and software licenses. Support Microsoft 365 applications, email configurations, and enterprise applications used by the organization. Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees. Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity management support Patch Management / Update Management Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or vendors when necessary. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures, including data protection and access control measures. Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements as required. Maintain and update documentation related to IT support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
