Account Payable Clerk ( 1 POST) Job Description: The Account payable Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Account Payable Executive/Assistance Financial Manager in managing all creditor matters. This role requires candidate who has self-driven personality with high level of motivation. The Account Payable Clerk report and work closely with the Finance Executive/Manager level as well as Purchasing Department to ensure monthly submission deadline for financial report closing. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Reporting: Preparation of financial information/analysis as required by The Superordinate. • Audit Coordination and Internal Controls: To assist Superordinate during the annual audit process, ensuring all financial information is accurate and timely and complete. • Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement departments to ensure completeness of documents for monthly financial deadline submission. Job Requirements: •Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Experience: Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in a similar role in Finance Department. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is an added advantage. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, withthe ability to present accuracy information between colleague and other department. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial information. • Integrity: Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and uphold ethical standards. • Only Malaysian candidate will be considered.
