Project Planner

Role & Responsibilities * Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules * Work closely with project managers to develop an accurate project plan * Perform risk management to minimize project risks * Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion * Prepare and present weekly & monthly reports detailing the project plan and progress * Consult with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure that project goals are met * Support the project team with detailed, daily information about project schedules and budget * Perform resource allocation and scheduling * Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of necessary materials Qualifications * Proven work experience as a Planning Engineer in mechanical construction such as Steel structure, Mechanical, Piping * Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and procedures * Excellent project management and organizational skills * Proficiency and working experience in project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Degree in a related field or Engineering, * Construction Management with a minimum of 10 years experience
