As an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager at SOCAR, you will be expected to contribute in the following areas: Paid Performance Channels (40%): Plan, create and execute digital marketing strategies that coincide with the organizational overall marketing and business objectives. Consistently strive for greater cost-efficiency by reducing acquisition costs and elevating conversion results. Ensure all digital marketing outputs align with brand guidelines and standards. Continuously monitor and evaluate the consistency of brand messaging and aesthetic across all digital marketing initiatives. Implement necessary adjustments to maintain a cohesive brand image. Oversee the budget for digital marketing activities and ensure successful tracking, evaluation to enable cost-efficient delivery of results for each initiative. Continuously create A/B tests, experiments and iterations to keep improving performance marketing efficiencies. Communicate and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure proper setup and deployment of campaigns. Work on and continually optimise on-page SEO for digital assets. Analytics, Reporting and Project Management (40%): Works closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, analytics, and customer service, to ensure that digital marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives. Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources. Track project progress, identify risks, resolve issues proactively. Work with cross-functional teams to succeed and update stakeholders. Provides stakeholders, including senior management, with periodic reports, data-driven analysis and recommendations on digital marketing initiatives including funnel traffic, conversion rates and cost efficiencies. Continuously track and monitor key performance indicators using data and analytics tools. Proactively identify and alert management of any performance anomalies, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure that proper tracking mechanisms are in place for all digital marketing campaigns, including website analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign-specific tracking. Regularly review and maintain tracking mechanisms to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Drive innovative performance analysis by executing and analysing tests, generating reports with data-driven insights to fuel ongoing advancements in targeting, re-targeting, content, and messaging. E-commerce and Affiliate (20%): Work closely with E-commerce marketplaces for both brands to ensure participation in double-digit/birthday (Mega) and payday/flash sale (mini) campaigns. Ensure product listings on E-commerce marketplaces are up to date with accurate information and stock availability.
