1. Responsible for the recruitment of internal talents of the company;
2. According to the existing establishment and business development needs, assist the superior to determine the recruitment goals, summarize the number of job requirements and the number of personnel requirements, formulate and implement the recruitment plan;
3. Assist the superior to complete the job description of the required positions;
4. Investigate the external human resources stock and distribution of talents required by the company, and conduct effective analysis, implement planning, development, maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels, ensure that the talent information is large, rich in level and high in quality, and ensure that the recruitment channels can effectively meet the company's employment needs;
5. Publish job demand information and do a good job in company image publicity;
6. Collect resumes, classify and screen resumes, arrange pre-employment tests, determine the interview list, notify applicants to come for interviews (written tests), conduct preliminary interviews (written tests) for applicants, and issue comprehensive evaluation opinions;
7. Organize relevant department personnel to assist in completing the re-examination work, ensure that the interview work is carried out in a timely manner and the assessment results meet the job requirements;
8. Conduct background investigations on the candidates to be hired, communicate with the candidates about the treatment, and complete the employment notice;

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
