Job Responsibilities:- -Preparing management reports by recording Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and General Ledger (G/L) using Access SQL Accounting Software. -Liaising with external auditors to address and resolve audit queries. -Performing post-audit adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting. -Communicating with clients to clarify unverified transactions. -Handling all in coming phone calls, walk in clients/vendors -To perform day to day administration and office operation activities. -Filling document and related works -Prepare Quotation,DO,Invoice,stock record,filling and office general admin -Undertake any order ad-hoc tasks related to office as and when required -Proficiency in basic microsoft (word, excel) & SQL System -Responsible for the day-to-day administrative function to support Superior. -Update internal databases & records -Handle requests and queries appropriately -Able to work independently
