  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and proactive Event Supervisors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a team of promoters, oversee promotional activities, and ensure successful event execution. This role offers valuable exposure to event management, including roadshows and sampling events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision:

Train and mentor promoters, provide performance evaluations.

  • Promotional Management:

Oversee promotional events, ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Reporting and Feedback:

Analyze event data and prepare reports for senior management.

  • Inventory Management:

Manage promotional materials and ensure proper distribution.

  • Operational Duties:

Handle event operations and respond to requests promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM qualification and have own car with valid driving license
  • Skills: Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Caliber, independent, hardworking, serious and committed to the job
  • Able to converse and write in English & BM
  • Knowledge in Mandarin (spoken/written) is an added advantage.

Work Environment:

  • Locations include retail stores, shopping malls, and outdoor venues.
  • Working days: Monday to Sunday, with one day off
  • Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM with flexible routing. No office attendance needed on weekends.
