Molding Technician

• According to the injection molding plan issued by PMC, follow the first article production process to switch molds, debug the first article and start production. • Implement product quality standards to ensure that products meet customer requirements. • Inspect the process, detect, and resolve abnormalities in a timely manner, and provide feedback to engineers for upgrades that cannot be resolved within the specified time. • Inspect key parameters such as the molding cycle and residual amount of the machine to ensure that key indicators such as production capacity and yield are achieved. • Conduct machine process debugging according to the standard process card output by the process engineer to ensure that the product meets quality requirements. • Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment. • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. • Comply and follow all procedures within the company. • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: • Familiar with the basic principles of injection molding machines and manipulators. • Familiar with the properties of raw materials. • Good ability to operate injection molding machines, robots, and other equipment.
