We are looking to hire a candidate to take on the day-to-day running of an office, and assist with customers enquiries and sales. The role would include processing customers’ orders, invoicing, maintaining database, corresponding with customers and suppliers, and assisting with other general office clerical duties. Candidates should possess the following: • Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Competence in general IT usage and MS Office, in particular Excel. • Confidence in speaking and dealing with customers. • Ability to work independently. • Has good common sense and is organized. • Existing office administrative and customer facing experience would be beneficial.
