RESPONSIBILITIES: • Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. • Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals by executing effective sales strategies. • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, explore untapped markets, and pitch products to potential clients. • Customer Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. • Data-Driven Selling: Use sales data and market insights to refine strategies and deliver value added solutions. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. • Develop and Maintain Sales Pipeline: Track and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective customers to ensure steady sales growth. • Attend Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility and generate leads. • Provide Market Insights: Gather feedback from clients and the market to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product improvements or new offerings. • Handle Client Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of the company's products and services. • Prepare Sales Materials and Proposals: Create compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to individual client needs REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION: - 2+ years in sales, preferably in the FMCG, food, or agriculture industry. - Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in using CRM software and basic data analysis. - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for fruits, healthy living, and customer satisfaction. - Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. 6 days working – Monday to Saturday (8.00am – 4.30pm) 45 hours/week
