To assist the Head of Department with responsibilities in the following main areas: 1.Preparation of final accounts, audit and tax; 2.Preparation of Group Consolidation for BURSA reporting and monthly management accounts; 3.Accurate and on-time management information system; Ability to work under minimal supervision and able to multitask and prioritise daily workload. 4.To prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial reports and management accounts for the management and regulators. 5.To ensure timely preparation of management reporting, performance review and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management. 6.To monitor and maintain the administrative functions of the Central division finance including GL/AP/AR, providing and coordinating with plant finance for information to Corporate Headquarters. 7.To ensure that all provisions, accruals and monthly reconciliations are fully accounted for. 8.Provide support for completion of internal and external audit/tax. 9.Responsible for tax planning and submission. 10.Assist in Cash/forex management and implementation. 11.Ensure compliance with Group SOPs, policies and internal controls. 12.Liaison with company auditors, bankers and regulatory authorities. 13.Perform other responsibilities and duties as finance projects are periodically assigned. 14.The candidate shall manage Group policies, compliances with accounting standards, tax laws and should be knowledgeable in the following areas: Well verse with computerized accounting systems in AP, AR, and GL ; -Familiar with Treasury, banking management ; -Preparation of accurate and timely periodic Accounts for Management -Familiar with Budgeting and Cashflow Forecasting ; -Familiar with group consolidation of accounts; Skills Required 1.Candidates with professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA qualifications is advantages, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. A bachelor Degree in 2.Accounting is also encouraged to apply but should have relevant experience and skills to manage the financial performance of organisations. 3.Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritise and achieved performance goals; has good oral and written communication skills. Relevant ERP software experience preferably the EPICOR/Cognos accounting systems
