STEWARD

• Provides laundry, accommodation and cleaning services based offshore on a platform or vessel. • Assist Chief Cook /Night Cook in the preparation of meals while on galley duties • Cleaning all accommodation spaces as directed by the Admin officer while on accommodation duties. • Assist Chief cook in the Maintenance of stock levels for all catering and cleaning materials including stock rotation. • Washing and drying of ship linen, towels & personal clothing while on laundry duties. • Assisting with the loading of provisions and stores. Ensure the Galley, fridges, freezers, storerooms and mess rooms are maintained in a clean & hygienic condition. • Waste management plans. • To assist as and when required. • Ensures that all communal areas are clean and tidy • Assists with the unloading of supplies • Reports maintenance requirements • To comply with company policies and all vessel regulations
