Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator to join our team in Kota Kinabalu. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of various M&E services, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and managing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems such as Electrical Systems, ELV (Extra Low Voltage) services, ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems, Plumbing Services, and Fire Protection Systems.
  • Collaborating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Resolving technical issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in high-rise construction projects, with a strong understanding of M&E systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
